The ultimate goal of Yoga is Moksha (liberation)
In the classical Astanga yoga system, the ultimate goal of yoga practice is to achieve the state of Samadhi and abide in that state as pure awareness.

Meaning of Yoga
  • A disciplined method for attaining a goal.
  • Techniques of controlling the body and the mind.
  • A name of a school or system of philosophy (darÅ›ana).
  • With prefixes such as “hatha-, mantra-, and laya-, traditions specialising in particular techniques of yoga.

Weekly Classes

Practice Yoga at HSNC, up to three times a week. Yoga sessions are conducted every Mon, Wed, and Sunday ONLINE & IN Person at HSNC Main Hall

Session Timings:
  • Mon 6:30PM-8:00PM
  • Wed 6:30PM-8:00PM
  • Sunday 8:00AM-9:30AM
Participation Fees
Two classes every week:
  • Members: $15
  • Non-members: $25
Three classes every week:
  • Members: $20
  • Non-members: $30

Fees may change as per recommendation by the Yoga committee and policy adopted by HSNC Board.

Participants are advised to pay for the calendar year in advance to avoid impact from any future changes in fees.
